Do you owe back taxes to the IRS? Are you unable to pay your back taxes in one lump sum? We can help you work out an IRS installment loan agreement!
At the Tax Settlement Center, we have extensive experience working with clients who need tax relief by negotiating installment agreements with the IRS. An installment agreement allows you to pay the Internal Revenue Service what you owe them over time, without affecting your credit rating. Often installment agreements are the only option for people who have the income and assets to pay the amount they owe and who otherwise do not qualify for an offer in compromise.

Installment Agreements - The Basics
An installment agreement gives you the opportunity to pay off your back taxes to the IRS over a period of time. Since the government has ten years to collect on back taxes, most installment agreements are set up to insure that the full amount owed is paid within the time legally available for the IRS to collect.
Installment agreements are often better thought of as installment loan agreement, since interest and penalties continue to accrue on unpaid portion of the debt throughout the duration of an installment agreement. An installment agreement will prevent the IRS from seeking further collection actions such as garnishment and levies. However, the government may file a notice of Federal Tax Lien on personal or real property until final payment is made.
