The tax attorneys at Tax Settlement Center, generally work on a flat fee basis, depending on the complexity of your case. We will quote you this fee during the free initial consultation. This will allow you to know with certainty the total cost for our services.
The fixed fee normally results in a cost that is less than what you would pay if determined strictly on an hourly basis. We prefer that the entire fee be paid upfront, however, in certain circumstances we will accept monthly installments. This is unlike most companies which require you to pay the entire fee in full before any services are provided.
